Buy Domains

1) Just click on domain and make an offer. Offer will be accepted or counter offered. Just sign in with your domainsponsor id or Create a FREE Buyers account. 
2) You can retract an offer on a domain name at anytime.
3) Once price is determined you will go to escrow.com, sign up for free and start the transaction with domain name, price and sellers email. Escrow has a 3 day inspection period.
4) The buyer has to deposit funds and the seller has to give control of domain to buyer. Seller will push the domain name to the buyer. Once this is completed, you have control of your domain and the 3 day inspection period begins.
 

Can I retract an offer on a domain name?

Yes you can retract your offer or counter offer. Log in at domain sponsor and decline you offer. You are only charged a processig fee if you are in escrow at escrow.com and you have added funds. After that point you are charged a processing fee if you cancel.

 

How do i backorder a domain name?

Go to ClassicName.com. Go to register domain and type the domain name. It will tell you if the domain is available and if the backorder is available. If it is available register it, if the backorder is available, backorder it.

If the backorder is not available on an expiring domain, email us and we will get the domain for you. Price varies on how popular the domain is. If the domain drops we can get it for you. A 25 percent charge would be added to price of domain. You can cancel at anytime and you are only charged once you get the domain.

Proxy bidding allows  you to enter a maximum amount they are willing to pay for a domain. The amount of your maximum bid is completely confidential. If someone places a bid higher than the current price, ClassicNames.com will then bid automatically, on your behalf, and at the lowest possible bid increments until your maximum bid amount is reached. Once maximum is reached you will receive updates on price and total time left..

This process continues until another participant exceeds your maximum bid, or until you win the auction. You will be notified by email if you have been outbid on a domain name you are currently winning. . If you have been outbid, you can return the email to place a higher maximum bid amount.

 

 


 

Who determines the price of the domain?

Make an offer on a domain you want. If the price is too high, counter offer the seller.

ClassicNames.com approves and may adjust the minimum reserve price for the seller,

The seller has the option to reject, or negotiate the pricing that ClassicNames.com sets for their domain name.

 

Who provides the cash collection and disbursements escrow services?

Escrow.com handles all escrow services for domain purchase. There is a small fee and a small fee for canceling once escrow is started. The money is verified from the Buyer and Seller pushes the domain to the buyer.. Buyer has a 3 day inspection period..




 

How and when is the domain name pushed to the buyers account?

The domain name is pushed to the Buyers account after payment is verified at escrow.com.
